Halo Energy Solutionz, a leading solar installation company in Kerala, is looking for a
Sales and Operations Executive
to handle customer calls, explain our solar products/services, and generate leads. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude to convert inquiries into potential sales. Female candidates are preferred.
Sales & Customer Interaction:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain solar solutions, and convert leads into bookings.
Follow up with interested leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Guide customers through the installation process and answer queries regarding pricing, procedures, and timelines.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Operations & Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with internal teams and customers.
Act as a communication bridge between customers and the field installation team.
Monitor ongoing installation and maintenance jobs and ensure timely completion.
Handle rescheduling or delays and inform clients accordingly.
Documentation & Admin:
Verify and manage documentation related to installations, billing, and maintenance.
Ensure that customer records, invoices, and reports are updated and filed properly.
Assist with preparing basic reports on sales, operations, and customer feedback.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
