for our college in Mysore. The ideal candidate will drive enrollment targets, manage the end-to-end admissions process, and ensure smooth operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive student enrollment through effective lead generation and follow-ups.
Counsel prospective students and parents on course offerings and admission processes.
Coordinate admission procedures, including documentation, fee collection, and onboarding.
Track leads and conversions using CRM tools and maintain regular reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth academic and administrative operations.
Represent the college at education fairs, college visits, and promotional events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Business/Marketing).
1-3 years of experience in sales/admissions (education sector preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a passion for education.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
