Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and group travel segments. Promote travel packages, tours, hotel deals, visa services, and other travel products. Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on client requirements. Manage sales leads, conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and close deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and partners.

Travel Operations



Handle booking and operations for flights, hotels, tours, transfers, cruises, and travel insurance. Coordinate with global suppliers, DMCs, airlines, and hotels to confirm reservations. Ensure accurate issuance of tickets, vouchers, invoices, and travel documents. Manage amendments, cancellations, and rebooking requests efficiently. Monitor trip execution and ensure smooth travel experiences for clients. Resolve operational issues such as booking discrepancies, supplier delays, or customer support needs.

Customer Service



Provide personalized assistance and respond promptly to client inquiries. Assist clients before, during, and after travel to ensure satisfaction. Handle escalations professionally and ensure quick resolution.

Reporting & Coordination



Maintain updated records of bookings, sales pipelines, and client interactions. Prepare weekly and monthly sales and operations reports. Collaborate closely with the marketing team on promotions and travel campaigns. Support management in planning new products, packages, and travel strategies.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in travel sales, travel agency operations, ticketing, or tourism services. Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage. Familiarity with international and domestic travel regulations, visa procedures, and global destinations. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
