Job Description

Monitor inventory levels, gold purity, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Manage and monitor daily branch operations including gold appraisal, loan processing, documentation, and customer service.

Maintain accurate records of transactions, stock movements, and operational reports.

Ensure proper implementation of company policies related to handling, storage, and security of gold items.

Promote the company's gold products and services to existing and potential clients.

Generate sales leads through cold calls, referrals, and market outreach.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
