Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination
Assist in generating leads through WhatsApp, calls, email, and social platforms.
Maintain and update CRM with client details, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service documents.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and client presentations.
Client Communication
Act as the first point of contact for client queries.
Share project updates, collect requirements, and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure timely follow-up and service satisfaction.
Operations Support
Assist the Project Manager in planning and tracking daily tasks.
Coordinate between design, video, web, and content teams for smooth delivery.
Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Manage documents, files, and internal communication.
Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports.
Track project status, delivery updates, and team performance inputs.
Required Skills
Excellent communication in English & Tamil.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace.
Ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications
Any degree (MBA or marketing background is a plus).
0-2 years of experience in sales, client handling, or operations.
Freshers with confidence and communication skills are welcome.
