? Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, organised and proactive female executive who can handle a mix of operations, inventory management, invoicing, and sales support.

This is a hybrid role: mostly work-from-home, with mandatory weekly visits to the Wazirpur office, and office presence required if the operations executive is on leave or when workload is high.

? Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing & Invoicing

Create invoices on Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory. Coordinate order packing with the operations staff. If the operations executive is absent, personally visit the office to pack and dispatch orders. Ensure correct packaging, tagging, and dispatching on platforms like Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Shopify, etc.
2. Inventory Management

Maintain inventory across all online portals (Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Shopify, etc.). Update stock levels, inward/outward movement of items. Physically check inventory once a week at Wazirpur. Ensure tagging, sorting, and quality checks are properly followed in the warehouse.
3. Sales & Customer Support

Do sales calling to customers/leads when required. Assist in generating sales, following up on inquiries, and upselling where possible. Coordinate with customers and platforms for order/stock queries.
4. Coordination & Admin Work

Communicate with courier partners, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure smooth operations flow during peak days.
? Requirements

Female candidate only. Must live near Wazirpur / North Delhi for easy office access. Ability to create invoices on Zoho (training can be given). Good coordination skills + basic English reading & writing. Comfortable visiting the office weekly and additionally when needed. Should be responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive. Sales calling confidence is a must. Ability to multitask across operations + sales + inventory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
