Social Santa is a growing digital marketing agency under Navisha Media and Marketing LLP, working with multiple brands across digital marketing, branding, and creative services. We are looking for a proactive Sales & Operations Executive to support business growth and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Business Development Responsibilities
1. Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, referrals, walk-ins, social media, and networking.
2. Conduct initial client discussions, understand business requirements, and explain Social Santa's services.
3. Pitch services such as social media marketing, branding, performance ads, websites, and content creation.
4. Prepare and share basic proposals, quotations, and service explanations as per company formats.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to confirm feasibility, timelines, and pricing before committing to clients.
6. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain sales pipelines and lead trackers.
7. Ensure conversion of leads into paid clients as per assigned monthly or quarterly targets.
8. Maintain professional and ethical sales practices--no false commitments or underpricing without approval.
9. Represent Social Santa professionally in meetings, calls, and presentations.
B. Client Coordination & Account Handling
Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients after onboarding
Ensure proper onboarding documentation, payment terms, and scope clarity.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams (design, content, ads, video, web).
Collect client inputs, approvals, and feedback within defined timelines.
Ensure scope adherence--no extra work to be promised without written approval.
Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when required.
Ensure timely invoicing, follow-ups on payments, and documentation support.
Maintain client records, communication logs, and project trackers.
C. Operations & Internal Coordination Responsibilities
Assist the Operations Manager in task allocation, follow-ups, and deadline tracking.
Ensure that all client deliverables are executed as per approved SOPs and timelines.
Monitor daily work progress and report delays or risks proactively.
Coordinate internal meetings, briefs, and project updates.
Ensure proper use of tools, software, and internal systems.
Support in maintaining quality standards and consistency across client accounts.
Ensure confidentiality of client data, pricing, strategies, and internal documents.
D. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain and update:
Sales reports
Lead trackers
Client status reports
Payment follow-up sheets
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
Document client approvals, changes in scope, and escalations.
Follow all internal reporting and approval hierarchies.
E. Compliance, Discipline & Professional Conduct
Adhere strictly to company policies, SOPs, working hours, and reporting structure
No sharing of: Client data, Open files , Pricing models, Internal strategies
with clients or third parties without written approval.
Maintain professional behavior with clients, vendors, and team members.
Meet assigned KPIs, targets, and operational benchmarks.
Any misuse of authority, data, or client communication will attract disciplinary action.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Marketing / Business preferred)
1-3 years experience in sales, client servicing, or operations (agency experience preferred)
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred)
Basic understanding of digital marketing services
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and CRM tools
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and onboarding
Assist in sales pitches, proposals, and closing deals
Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, accounts)
Manage daily operations, timelines, and task tracking
Maintain client records, reports, and documentation
Support billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Ensure smooth communication between clients and teams
Requirements
Graduation in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Basic knowledge of sales, operations, or digital marketing
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
