Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales & Operations Associate to handle client relations, convert inquiries into bookings, and coordinate smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across both sales and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication.
Maintain CRM records and sales trackers accurately.
Share timely updates with clients and internal teams regarding shoot schedules and deliverables.
Address client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Collaborate with marketing for offers, campaigns, and promotions.
Provide client insights and feedback to refine services and packages.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth project execution and after-sales support.
Stay updated on industry trends and client expectations.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree.
0-3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or operations (event/photography industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is a plus.
Positive attitude with problem-solving approach.
