We are looking for a reliable and organized person to assist the management team in handling
sales, day-to-day operations, inventory, dispatch, and showroom maintenance
.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in all key activities that keep the business running smoothly.
Freshers who are willing to learn and take responsibility are welcome, and experienced candidates will be given preference.
Main Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Handling
Assist in attending customers in the showroom and explaining products.
Help prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Keep display areas neat and updated with new products.
Inventory & Dispatch Management
Update stock records and inform management about shortages.
Coordinate with the warehouse for dispatches and ensure timely delivery.
Assist in regular stock checking and reporting.
Operations & Support
Help in maintaining daily records and basic documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and customers when required.
Support management in planning and tracking day-to-day activities.
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, email).
Organized, responsible, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience in sales or operations (preferred but not required).
