Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase room bookings, event sales, and banquet business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and OTA partners.
Manage RFPs, group bookings, and long-term corporate accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor performance to adjust pricing and promotional strategies.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and social media activities.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Operations Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other operational departments to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Monitor guest feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with department heads to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Implement and oversee standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure service consistency.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
Team & Leadership:
Lead and mentor the sales and operations team to meet departmental goals.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, efficiency, and service excellence.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel sales processes, booking systems, and operational workflows.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar) and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and banquet sales.
Familiarity with revenue management principles.
Strong understanding of guest satisfaction metrics and hospitality standards.
