About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing physiotherapy clinic!

You'll be responsible for boosting sales, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations -- all while creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

Promote the clinic's services to attract and retain clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referral partners & corporate clients. Handle inquiries, explain treatment packages & convert leads into appointments. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups & conversions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Support marketing activities - health camps, awareness drives & online promotions. Coordinate with the marketing team for local ads & social media campaigns.
Operations Responsibilities

Oversee smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic. Coordinate physiotherapist & patient schedules. Manage front desk, billing & appointment systems. Monitor stock & equipment inventory. Maintain clinic cleanliness & readiness. Supervise support staff & ensure policy compliance. Address patient feedback & resolve issues promptly. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports. Act as a bridge between patients and doctors for seamless communication.
Skills & Competencies

Team leadership & coordination capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets & PPT. Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
