Handle online sales on Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.
Manage product listings, orders, inventory and customer queries.
Call and coordinate with B2B leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
Follow up, share quotations, and close bulk orders.
Coordinate with the manufacturing team for production and dispatch.
Requirements:
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and sales.
Organised and responsible.
