BASIC FUNCTION:
The role is an individual contributor and has the purpose to represent the sales division and business growth strategies, develop and grow engineering plastics business across the region & increase business share and manage the order-to-cash process with improvement of customer satisfaction.
Engineering Plastic products at customers within assigned region in line with the defined business strategy. (Engineering Plastics - Polyamides, PBT, Styrenics etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible to managing customers of India subcontinent region for PM business with a Go Getter attitude.
• Compile customer requirements, Prepare demand scheduling in discussions with customers, monitor forecast with actual supply.
• Helps in closing customer complaints in a timely manner
• Develops and nurtures relationships customers and establishes solid relationships with them. Identifies and
• develops new customers
• Introduces new products in conjunction with CPM at new or existing customers. Identifying Cross selling opportunities
• Management reporting Market information collection and reporting
• High Sense of data analysis and reporting in various provided formats
• Assists BU's drive for results and achievement of sales and pricing objectives based on the price policy and specified guidelines at the customer in terms of contribution margin, volume, customer share, cost management, bad debt and working capital.
• Works closely with Business Finance and Support as to determine customer financial health and credit limit
• To follow all company policy about Product risk management. Work in collaboration with TS, Supply Chain in order to understand and avoid product risk. Follow directives and procedures from Lyondellbasell Product Stewardship Manager APAC & AFMEI. Follow up of claims in guidance with the policy for product risk management

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Education:

• University degree/ Diploma in polymer/plastic/injection/engineering

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in diverse range of injection process, polymers, engineering plastics, auto industry.
