Position Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Head of Sales & Marketing

with extensive experience in the

OTC Ayurvedic / FMCG industry

. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in building brands, driving sales, and executing innovative marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to strengthen Jolly Pharma's position in the Ayurvedic OTC segment. Build and lead a high-performing sales & marketing team across India. Drive brand growth, visibility, and consumer engagement through innovative campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, and trade marketing). Expand distribution networks across offline retail, modern trade, and online marketplaces. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities. Manage P&L for the Sales & Marketing function. Collaborate with product development teams to launch new products and strengthen existing portfolio. Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements



Minimum

10+ years of proven experience

in Sales & Marketing within the

OTC Ayurvedic / FMCG sector

. Strong track record of successfully growing brands and achieving sales targets. Deep understanding of Ayurvedic product positioning, consumer behavior, and competitive market dynamics. Demonstrated ability to develop & implement 360 marketing strategies. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing large teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. MBA in Marketing / Business Management preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
