Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead sales operations for our Survey & Mapping services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, government tenders, and corporate projects. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for Survey & Mapping services (UAV mapping, DGPS, LiDAR, Satellite Mapping, Agriculture surveys).
Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence in government, corporate, and private sectors.
Identify and convert new business opportunities in agriculture, mining, construction, and infrastructure projects.
Build strong client relationships and handle negotiations effectively.
Collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored geospatial solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Geoinformatics, Business, or related field preferred).
4+ years of proven sales experience in surveying, mapping, GIS, drones, or geospatial services.
Strong network in government departments, infrastructure, agriculture, or mining industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel across India for business development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
