Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial automation sector. Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling. Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to prospective customers.
Technical Support & Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their automation needs and recommend appropriate PLC solutions. Provide technical support during the sales process, including product selection, system design, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for complex client requirements.
Product Knowledge & Training: Stay updated on the latest PLC technologies, products, and industry trends. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Sales Reporting & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
