Sales & Support Executive
What You Will Do
Engage with prospective customers such as Company Secretaries, CA firms, and compliance professionals to introduce ComplyRelax and understand their requirements
Explain the product features, pricing, and value proposition in a clear and convincing manner
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Schedule product demos, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into paid customers
Assist new customers with onboarding and ensure smooth initial setup and usage
Act as the first point of contact for existing customers, addressing queries related to login, features, and workflows
Provide timely first-level support and coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and support requests
Support renewals, plan upgrades, and long-term customer relationships
Collect customer feedback and share insights to help improve the product and user experience
