Job Description

Our client, an international company in the coatings and corrosion control industry (PTFE, PFA, ETFE, FBE) is looking for a female professional who brings both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to the table.

The ideal candidate will have a background in

Chemical or Mechanical Engineering

or

extensive knowledge in industrial coatings, corrosion management, and surface protection

. A good understanding of liquid and powder coatings is essential, and knowledge of moulding processes will be an added advantage.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role. The selected candidate will work closely with international experts based in GCC and other regions to understand client needs, identify challenges, and create practical, tailored solutions.

She should be confident, articulate, and comfortable handling technical discussions as well as client interactions. The role involves frequent travel, sometimes on short notice, and requires someone who is flexible, composed, and presentable in professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements.

Identify technical pain points and translate them into actionable solutions.

Coordinate with global experts to design coating and corrosion control strategies.

Build long-term relationships through trust and effective communication.

Be open to travel across regions, including short-notice client visits.

Ideal Profile

Female professional with a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.

Strong understanding of coating technologies, including liquid and powder systems.

Exposure to moulding or surface treatment will be a plus.

Confident communicator, adaptable, and able to manage professional discussions effectively.

Flexible, self-driven, and ready for short-notice travel.
