This role requires expertise in digital marketing strategies, social media management, email marketing, SEO, customer relationship management, and influencer marketing, including liaising with agencies representing influencers.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize revenue for the print-on-demand store.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to ensure a high return on investment.
Create, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product announcements.
Oversee social media accounts, developing content strategies that engage followers, build brand awareness, and drive sales.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Optimize the Shopify store for SEO, ensuring all product listings, blog posts, and web pages rank highly on search engines.
Develop and manage in-store promotions, including discounts, referral programs, and affiliate programs to attract and retain customers.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including banners, ads, and social media posts.
Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including liaising with influencer agencies, identifying key influencers, and coordinating product promotions.
Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Develop partnerships and collaborations with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant entities to expand brand reach.
Handle customer relationship management, ensuring excellent customer service and promptly addressing any issues or inquiries.
Monitor and report on industry trends and advancements, recommending new tools and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
