We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial
Head of Sales & Marketing
to lead our sales strategy, build distribution networks, drive brand growth, and scale domestic and international revenues. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the toy industry deeply and can convert innovative products into commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end
sales and marketing strategies
for domestic and international markets
Build, manage, and expand
toy distribution networks
(distributors, wholesalers, retailers)
Lead
export sales
, including international distributors, partners, and compliance-driven markets
Drive
product-led marketing
, go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning
Build and lead a
high-performing sales and marketing team
Establish strong relationships with channel partners, key accounts, and institutional buyers
Collaborate closely with product, manufacturing, and leadership teams
Track market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights within the toy industry
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience
in Sales & Marketing
Proven experience in the toys industry
, specifically in distribution and channel sales
Entrepreneurial background
with at least
3 years of experience
in product-based marketing, distribution and export.
Hands-on experience in
exports and international market development
Strong leadership experience in building and managing sales teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh
