Meet with clients to understand project requirements and propose suitable turf and landscaping solutions.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals profitably.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Marketing Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote turf construction and landscaping services.
Coordinate digital marketing activities (social media, website content, online ads).
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
Assist in branding activities, promotional campaigns, and company presentations.
Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and site demonstrations.
Client & Project Coordination
Liaise with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Follow up with clients during and after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and pipeline reports.
Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports to management.
Track marketing campaign results and recommend improvements.
