Responsible for generating new leads, expanding market reach, and increasing sales of chemical products through both digital marketing and direct B2B sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, website content, WhatsApp marketing) to attract new industrial clients.
Generate high-quality B2B leads through online research, industry directories, professional platforms, and targeted outreach.
Identify and explore new geographic areas, sectors, and industries for business expansion (pharma, paints, cosmetics, pesticides, printing, adhesives, etc.).
Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and present suitable product options based on specifications and applications.
Build a strong sales pipeline by consistently identifying prospective buyers and scheduling follow-ups.
Convert leads into sales by negotiating prices, discussing technical requirements, and closing orders.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and cross-selling.
Manage online presence by updating product information, promotional content, and digital marketing materials.
Track campaign performance, lead conversion metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, dispatch, stock availability, and customer service requirements.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging demand areas.
