Job Description

Promote and sell the company's seeds (paddy and wheat) within the assigned territory. Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and crop seminars to showcase product performance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers. Collect and analyze market intelligence--competitor products, pricing, and farmer preferences. Assist in planning and execution of promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and agricultural fairs. Provide regular feedback on product performance, customer satisfaction, and market needs. Maintain proper records of sales, collections, and customer interactions.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in

sales and marketing

, preferably in field sales Prior experience in the

agriculture sector

, such as

seeds, fertilizers, crop protection, or other agricultural inputs

Degree or diploma in Agriculture

, Agribusiness, or a related field (preferred) Good understanding of

farmers' needs, agri-products, and local markets

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
