We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility for our event management company. The role involves selling event services, developing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and promoting the company across multiple platforms.
Sales Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through leads, networking, and referrals
Pitch event concepts and customized proposals to corporate and individual clients
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Coordinate with the operations and creative teams to ensure smooth event execution
Prepare quotations, contracts, and follow-ups with clients
Marketing Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote events and company services
Manage digital marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, website content, promotions)
Develop branding, promotional materials, and sales collateral
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meets
Assist in planning promotional events and campaigns
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (event industry experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Creative thinking with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required
