Role Overview

We are seeking a

Sales Specialist

to drive growth in the

Kolkata and Eastern India region

. This is a

field-based, B2B sales role

focused on developing strong customer relationships, closing high-value deals, and representing Pipext at trade events. Regular travel across

West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam

, and surrounding areas is required.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and convert new customers across the Eastern region Manage relationships with pipe manufacturers, distributors, and contractors Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations Coordinate with Ahmedabad HQ for pricing, specs, and order processing Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and local events Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights Provide post-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field 2-5 years of field sales experience in

industrial machinery, extrusion systems

, or B2B equipment Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with the Eastern Indian market preferred Fluency in

Bengali, Hindi, and English

Ability and willingness to travel 70%+ of the time Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently
