Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail shops, showrooms, distributors, and potential clients daily to promote and sell our products.
Generate new leads, negotiate pricing, and close wholesale or bulk orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable product options.
Coordinate with the showroom and dispatch team for timely delivery and payment follow-ups.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect market feedback and report on competitors, pricing, and new trends.
Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand visibility in the market.
Represent the company professionally while networking and developing new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in
field sales / B2B marketing
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must be comfortable with daily market visits and travelling within assigned areas.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp / mobile apps for reporting and order updates.
Own vehicle preferred (fuel allowance provided).
