Job Description

1. Lead Research & Prospecting



Identify potential customers for home automation solutions such as motorized curtains, blinds, gate automation, CCTV, access control, lighting automation, and IoT products. Use online platforms (LinkedIn, Justdial, IndiaMART, Housing.com, MagicBricks, social media, etc.) to collect prospective client data. Generate leads from architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, automation integrators, and end customers.

2. Outreach & Communication



Make outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails to introduce the company's products and services. Explain product benefits, features, and applications in simple, customer-friendly language. Follow up with prospects to understand their requirements and project stage.

3. Lead Qualification



Prioritize leads based on project size, budget, timeline, and seriousness. Gather details such as site location, type of automation needed, project status (construction/renovation), and decision-maker information. Pass qualified leads to the sales or technical team for further action.

4. CRM & Reporting



Maintain a clean database of leads and update responses regularly. Record all communication in CRM or Excel sheets. Prepare daily/weekly lead generation reports for management.

5. Coordination with Sales & Project Teams



Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team. Share all lead-related documents, drawings, or customer requirements with the concerned team. Ensure smooth follow-up until the sales team takes over.

6. Market & Competitor Awareness



Stay updated on home automation trends, new products, pricing patterns, and competitor offerings. Identify new customer segments where automation can be introduced.

7. Campaign & Database Management



Run WhatsApp broadcast messages, email campaigns, and social media lead forms. Manage lead nurturing activities to convert warm leads into potential customers.

8. Customer Relationship Building



Build relationships with architects, interior designers and maintain regular communication. Understand customer pain points and provide initial guidance on suitable automation solutions.

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
