Role Overview



We're looking for a proactive Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to support global business development, trade show activities, and digital research across the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmeceutical ingredient categories.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management



Identify and qualify new leads using LinkedIn, industry directories and trade show contacts. Manage inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate samples, and follow up with prospects Maintain customer records, sales trackers and support documentation flow

Digital Marketing & Research



Use platforms and market tools for trend analysis and competitor research Support content creation: product sheets, presentations, newsletters, LinkedIn posts Coordinate with agencies for marketing assets

Trade Show Support



Support planning and execution of major industry events (e.g.,

CPHI, Vitafoods, In-Cosmetics

, regional exhibitions). Send pre-show invites, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM data Manage on-ground lead capture and handle post-show follow-ups Ensure all leads are updated in the system.

Requirements



2-4 years in Sales, Marketing, or BD (preference for

API/ingredients/chemical/pharma/nutra/cosmetic

sectors) Strong communication and client-handling skills Comfortable with research platforms, CRM tools, and Google Workspace Organised, detail-driven, and proactive Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn technical product lines.
