We are looking for a qualified Sales account manager for selling the IT Hardware Products.
Responsible for developing quality Sales and profit
Develop long-term relationships with customers with in assigned segment.
As a Sales account manager, you should work closely with set of customers to fulfill customers' needs and requests and respond to their requirements in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
One should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
Research of the specific industry/market
Scheduling meeting with clients, understanding client requirements and work-flow, sizing and design a suitable solution for their workflow (within their budget) and presenting them with the proposed solution and highlight the merits and demerits of the solution.
Coordinate with Technical Team for the installations, configuration and testing and ensure the Entire project to be done with in time frame.
Providing support to customers, often on a helpline, offering clear advice and solutions
Identifying opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through detailed Specific Industry or Market
Proactive response to client requirement and ability to foresee the bigger picture in terms of business success for the company and customer
Maintains own Report in order to organize based on priorities.
Achieving both the Top-line as well as the Bottom-line Targets.
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Sales experience of 1-3 years is preferred .
