About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic

Sales and Marketing Representative

to drive customer acquisition, support lead generation campaigns, and build strong client relationships in the B2B SaaS space. You'll play a key role in positioning our AI-powered document automation solutions to businesses looking to eliminate manual data entry and boost process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Activities

Identify and qualify potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and outbound calls Present and pitch product value propositions to prospects and decision-makers Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel Support demos and client onboarding with the Sales team Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client documentation

Marketing Activities

Execute email campaigns, newsletters, and lead-nurturing sequences Work closely with the marketing team on digital campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, SEO, content) Collect market feedback to refine messaging and positioning Create or repurpose sales collateral (case studies, decks, brochures) Engage on social media to build awareness and drive traffic to landing pages

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or digital marketing (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) Basic understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, and SaaS sales cycles Self-motivated, result-driven, and collaborative mindset

Preferred Skills

Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, Google Ads Understanding of Document AI / Intelligent Automation (bonus) Prior experience working with startups or fast-scaling tech companies
