Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our company's products/services and build strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, implementing effective marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets. Sales: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, and online platforms. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Follow up on leads and handle customer queries effectively. Marketing: Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to support sales growth. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Manage online and offline promotional activities such as social media marketing, advertisements, and events. Qualifications and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility. Salary: Based on experience and performance.
