Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers through Instagram messaging to promote our products/services and nurture leads.
- Conduct sales calls as needed to follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with timely and relevant information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and strategies for social media outreach.
- Track and report on sales activities and outcomes to ensure targets are met.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Messaging prospects proactively and following up.

Qualifications

:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a digital or social media environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Sincere, self-motivated, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and basic sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
