. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, increasing product visibility, building relationships with shop owners, and executing marketing campaigns in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retail shops and small businesses daily as per the assigned route plan.
Promote, demonstrate, and sell company products effectively.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Ensure proper product display, branding, and merchandising at outlets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and decision-makers.
Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain visit logs.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely product availability and order fulfillment.
Follow up with customers for renewals, repeat orders, and feedback.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
2-5 years of experience in field sales, shop-to-shop marketing, or retail sales.
Driving License:
Mandatory (own two-wheeler required).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Gwalior local markets and retail network is an advantage.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
