. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with shop owners, increasing brand visibility, and executing marketing strategies in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retail shops daily according to the assigned route plan.
Promote, demonstrate, and sell company products to shop owners.
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market reach.
Ensure proper product display, branding, and visibility at outlets.
Collect market feedback and identify new business opportunities.
Track competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
Generate daily sales reports and maintain visit logs.
Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable).
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
2-5 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or shop-to-shop marketing.
Driving License:
Mandatory (candidate must own a two-wheeler).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of Jabalpur local markets and retail network is a plus.
Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated.
