We are looking for a proactive and energetic Shop-to-Shop Marketing Executive to promote our ERP Software across retail shops in Indore. The role involves visiting local markets, meeting shop owners, explaining products, generating orders, and building strong retailer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and wholesalers within assigned areas in Indore.
Introduce and promote company products and offers.
Generate new orders and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
Ensure product visibility through proper display, branding, and POS material placement.
Build and maintain healthy relationships with retailers and distributors.
Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights.
Follow daily route plans and maintain reports for visits, sales, and collections.
Coordinate with the sales team and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Conduct promotional activities in market areas as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence to meet shop owners and negotiate.
Knowledge of Indore's local markets is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
Basic understanding of sales & marketing.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: 20,000-50,000 (based on experience)
Travel Allowance / Petrol reimbursement
Mobile allowance (if applicable)
Work Schedule:
6 days a week
Field-based role (major markets of Indore like Rajwada, Vijay Nagar, Palasia, Pardesipura, etc.)
