ITM Hospital & Research Centre, Gwalior, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales & Marketing Executive
to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting hospital services, building strong relationships with doctors, corporates, and referral partners, and driving patient inflow through various outreach and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporates, insurance companies, and local doctors.
Promote hospital services, health checkup packages, and specialty departments.
Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors and organizations.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, health camps, and community awareness programs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily visit reports and maintain lead follow-up data.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient experience.
Required Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in field sales and client interaction.
Knowledge of healthcare/hospital marketing preferred.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification:
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management (MBA preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years in hospital or healthcare sales/marketing.
