Sales & Marketing Executive
to strengthen our team.
Role Overview
We are seeking a result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong background in solar sales. The candidate should be technically equipped, capable of creating effective sales strategies, managing a team, and building both online and offline sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Generate quality leads and convert them into sales.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and site assessments.
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
Expand customer base through
field sales, digital marketing, and channel partners
.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Stay updated on solar technology, market trends, and government policies.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer-specific solutions.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in
solar sales
.
Strong technical knowledge of solar systems (rooftop, ground-mounted, subsidy schemes).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
Comfortable with both fieldwork and office-based strategy planning.
Proficiency in digital tools, CRM, and MS Office.
Must be based in or ready to work from
Bhopal
.
