We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Promote company products/services to potential customers through calls, meetings, and digital channels.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business engagement.
Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and negotiate deals with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular performance reports.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Ability to generate and convert leads.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media promotion is a plus.
Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
