. The role involves building relationships with shop owners, generating sales, ensuring product visibility, and executing marketing initiatives in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retail shops and small businesses daily as per the assigned route plan.
Promote, demonstrate, and sell company products effectively.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Ensure proper product placement, branding, and merchandising at outlets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and decision-makers.
Collect market feedback and track competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
Maintain daily sales reports, visit logs, and order updates.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely product availability and fulfillment.
Follow up with customers for repeat orders, renewals, and feedback.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
2-5 years of experience in field sales, shop-to-shop marketing, or retail sales.
Driving License:
Mandatory (candidate must own a two-wheeler).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of Mumbai local markets and retail network is a plus.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
