Job Responsibilities:

Manage and respond promptly to inquiries received through

Indiamart

and other online platforms. Communicate with prospective clients via email and phone, understanding their requirements and providing product information. Coordinate with the technical and production teams to prepare and share accurate

quotations

and proposals. Maintain follow-ups with potential customers to convert leads into sales. Assist in preparing and maintaining a database of customer interactions and sales records. Support sales and marketing activities, including product presentations and promotional initiatives. Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

Graduate in

Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field

.

Female candidate preferred.

Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer handling will be an advantage (freshers may also apply). Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email drafting, etc.). Ability to work independently, handle clients professionally, and manage time effectively.
