Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Representative will be responsible for managing the
showroom operations
,
building strong relationships with architects, designers, and clients
, and
ensuring smooth execution on-site
for product selections and measurements. The ideal candidate should have a blend of sales acumen, marketing skills, and field execution ability.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom Management
Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the showroom.
Showcase furniture, finishes, and product ranges effectively.
Maintain showroom displays, product samples, and presentation standards.
Sales & Client Relationship
Meet and build relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requirements.
Prepare and share product presentations, quotations, and proposals.
Site Visits & Coordination
Visit project sites for
measurements, inspections, and selections
.
Assist clients and designers in product selection based on site requirements.
Coordinate with the operations and installation team for smooth execution.
Marketing Activities
Promote Atco Interiors' products and services to target clients.
Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.
Support digital and offline marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.
Reporting & Targets
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
Maintain regular MIS reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.
Provide market insights, competitor activity reports, and feedback to management.
Key Skills & Requirements
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in
sales/marketing
(preferably in interiors, furniture, or building materials).
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
Energetic, self-driven, and customer-focused personality.
