Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales & Marketing Executive
to take charge of showroom sales while actively developing business through client meetings and project coordination. The role requires a balanced approach between in-showroom customer handling and external business development activities.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working from the showroom, engaging walk-in customers, and also meeting prospective clients, builders, architects, interior designers, and project owners to generate and convert leads.
Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom Sales & Operations
Handle walk-in customers at Emcer Studio and understand their requirements.
Explain product features, sizes, finishes, applications, and pricing clearly.
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.
Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for billing, delivery, and documentation.
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of showroom samples.
Maintain daily sales records, enquiry registers, and customer follow-ups.
Sales & Business Development
Meet prospective clients, project owners, builders, architects, and interior designers.
Promote Emcer products for residential, commercial, and large-scale projects.
Identify new business opportunities and upcoming projects in and around Choondal.
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Follow up on project enquiries and support conversions from enquiry to order.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Support local marketing initiatives to improve showroom visibility.
Coordinate with management for promotions, events, and product launches.
Collect market feedback on pricing, competitors, and customer preferences.
Assist in strengthening the Emcer brand presence in the local market.
Reporting & Coordination
Submit regular sales and activity reports to management.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for smooth order execution.
Ensure timely follow-ups on payments and outstanding dues where required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, building materials, or interiors.
Ability to manage showroom sales along with external client meetings.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Professional attitude with customer-centric thinking.
Willingness to travel locally for client and project meetings.
Basic knowledge of measurements, quantities, and product specifications is an advantage.
