Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

Create and implement effective sales and marketing plans, align with business goals, and research market trends.

Lead Generation & Sales:

Identify potential customers, generate leads (cold calling, networking), conduct presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales.

Campaign Management:

Design and run marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events) and track their performance.

Client Management:

Build strong relationships with existing clients, address queries, handle complaints, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Reporting:

Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and analyze data to improve strategies.

Collaboration:

Work with sales, creative, and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and unified efforts.
Essential Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.

Marketing Knowledge:

Understanding of marketing principles, digital tactics, and CRM software.

Sales Acumen:

Strong negotiation, closing, and pipeline management skills.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication (written/oral), interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.

Attributes:

Result-driven, proactive, creative, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,155.71 - ₹30,449.44 per month
