Strategic Planning:

Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Market Research:

Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.

Campaign Management:

Overseeing the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Sales Team Leadership:

Managing and motivating a sales team to achieve sales targets.

Performance Monitoring:

Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and reporting on key metrics.

Budget Management:

Developing and managing sales and marketing budgets.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.

Product and Service Promotion:

Promoting the company's products and services through various marketing initiatives.

Training and Development:

Providing training and support to the sales and marketing team.
