Sales & Marketing Executive
to drive business growth. The candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, building, and managing sales leads, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and creating effective marketing strategies to expand MIPL's reach in defense, education, and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Management
Identify, track, and manage leads and potential sales opportunities for MIPL's product portfolio.
Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
Convert qualified leads into business opportunities through effective communication and relationship building.
Market Development
Research and scan for
expos, trade fairs, defense shows, and technology events
relevant to MIPL's domains.
Identify potential clients in government, PSU, education, and private sectors aligned with MIPL's offerings.
Develop targeted outreach strategies for each market segment.
Sales & Coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, technical, operations) to prepare proposals, presentations, and tenders.
Support senior management in negotiations and client interactions.
Track competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights.
Marketing Strategy
Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, and events).
Build brand awareness through presentations, brochures, and case studies.
Contribute to positioning MIPL's solutions as innovative, reliable, and cost-effective.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain a CRM or lead tracker system to monitor lead progress and sales metrics.
Generate regular reports on sales pipeline, client interactions, and marketing ROI.
Provide feedback from clients and market trends to guide product development.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration
.
2-5 years of experience in
sales, business development, or marketing
(defense/tech/industrial background preferred).
Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and work in cross-functional environments.
Knowledge of defense, robotics, AI, and VR industry trends will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
