The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads/business primarily for inbound freight clients , logistics, and supply chain services through strong client relationships and strategic sales efforts. Prior experience in logistics sales will be preferred & will be an added advantage. Salary no bar for right & confident candidates, also good incentives can be achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in logistics ( international).
Conduct market research, cold calling, client meetings, and sales presentations.
Meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records and follow-ups.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.
Participate in trade exhibitions and industry networking events.
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in Freight sales or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of supply chain solutions and customer needs.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in various business hubs & markets.
Willingness to travel locally for client visits on a daily basis.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs clearance services will be an added advantage.
