Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products and services.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and spot new opportunities.

Sales & Lead Generation:

Promote products and services to prospective clients, generate leads, and contribute to closing sales.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Campaign Management:

Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral and monitor campaign performance.

Sales and Marketing Collaboration:

Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze market trends and campaign results, then present reports and recommendations to management.

Event Participation:

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and promote the brand.

Digital Presence:

Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including social media accounts.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting ideas and engaging with stakeholders.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Project Management:

Skills to plan, execute, and monitor marketing projects effectively.
