MBA in Sales & Marketing (Pharma background will be an added advantage)
Experience:
2-5 years preferred (Fresh MBAs with strong skills may also be considered)
Salary Range:
?22,000 - ?35,000 per month (depending on skills & experience)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate new leads, build strong client relationships, and expand the customer base.
Promote company products and services, with a focus on pharma/healthcare industry clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of pharma industry sales & marketing trends (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
Result-driven with ability to meet targets under deadlines.
