We are seeking a high-performing and target-driven
Real Estate Sales Professional
to manage end-to-end sales for residential, commercial, or plotted development projects. The candidate should possess excellent market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close high-value deals across regions and client segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads through various channels: digital, referrals, brokers, and direct walk-ins
Manage the complete sales process: client interaction, site visits, negotiations, documentation, and closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, and institutional buyers
Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants across different geographies
Present project offerings confidently and clearly explain pricing, payment plans, legal documents, and amenities
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure quality lead flow and customer satisfaction
Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and demand-supply dynamics
Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline status, and provide regular updates to management
Attend real estate exhibitions, launch events, and client meetings across regions when required
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in
Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
3-5+ years of proven experience in
real estate sales
or high-ticket product sales (residential or commercial)
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills
Sound understanding of RERA guidelines, sales documentation, and project compliance
Fluent in English and local languages (as per territory); Hindi preferred for broader reach
Tech-savvy - comfortable with CRM, Excel, virtual meetings, and digital sales tools
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings across locations

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
