Job Summary

:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Sales Manager - Real Estate

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have

at least 5 years of proven experience

in real estate sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead client interactions from inquiry to closure. The role involves meeting sales targets, managing leads, coordinating with channel partners, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

:

Sales Execution

:

Actively promote and sell residential/commercial properties across assigned projects. Handle customer inquiries and provide project details, pricing, and site visits. Convert leads into bookings through effective follow-ups and relationship building. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Lead Management

:

Manage leads generated via digital marketing, tele-calling, walk-ins, and channel partners. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools or Excel. Ensure timely follow-up on leads to increase conversion rates.

Client Relationship Management

:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist clients through the entire sales process, including documentation and coordination with CRM/legal teams. Ensure a smooth post-booking process and act as the point of contact for customers.

Channel Partner Coordination

:

Engage and coordinate with brokers, property consultants, and channel partners. Conduct site visits with clients and channel partners as required. Organize broker meets and participate in promotional events as per the company's strategy.

Reporting & Documentation

:

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update senior management on performance. Maintain proper documentation for each sale, including booking forms, agreements, and payment follow-ups.

Key Requirements

:

Experience

: Minimum 5 years in real estate sales (residential/commercial).

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Age Range

: Preferably between 27 to 40 years.

Skills

: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Good knowledge of the local real estate market. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings. Fluent in Hindi or English; knowledge of local dialects.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
